Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of WordPress plugins and licenses in the online store at letcode.run. By placing an order you confirm that you have read them and agree to them.

- DriveZone s.r.o.
- Registered office: Mírová 357, 517 50 Častolovice, Czech Republic
- Company ID (IČO): 21394164 (not registered for VAT)

Definitions:
- Buyer – the person or company placing an order.
- Consumer – a Buyer who is a natural person acting outside their business or profession.
- Business Buyer – any Buyer who is not a Consumer (a company, or a natural person buying for their business, e.g. a freelance developer or agency).
- Product – a WordPress plugin offered in the store, delivered as a downloadable file.
- License – the license key and the rights to updates and support that come with a purchased Product.
These terms apply to all orders. Different arrangements agreed in writing take precedence over these terms. Mandatory consumer protection rules always apply to Consumers, even where these terms say otherwise. The contract is concluded in English.
2. Products and licenses
Software license. The plugins are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPLv2+), the same license as WordPress. The GPL governs your rights to use, study and modify the code. What you buy is the License: the license key, access to downloads, automatic updates and support.
License key and activations. After payment you receive a license key. Each plugin must be activated with the key in its settings (Settings → plugin name → License) to enable its features and updates. The number of websites on which one key can be active is stated on the product page and in your order. You can move a license to another website by deactivating it on the old one first.
Duration. Unless the product page says otherwise, a License bought with a one-time payment does not expire. It includes updates and support for as long as the Seller develops and sells the Product. If the Seller ends development of a Product, it will announce this on the website at least 6 months in advance; the last released version keeps working on the activated websites.
Updates. Updates are delivered through the WordPress dashboard on websites with an active License. You are responsible for installing updates and for keeping a backup of your website before updating.
Support. Support is provided by e-mail at [email protected] in English or Czech, usually within 2 business days. It covers installing, configuring and using the Product and fixing its bugs. It does not cover custom development, third-party themes or plugins, or problems of your hosting.
Requirements. Each Product lists its requirements on the product page (WordPress and PHP version and required plugins, e.g. FluentCommunity or FluentAuth). Check them before you buy. Third-party plugins are not part of the purchase.
Misuse. You may not share, publish or resell your license key or use it beyond the number of activations purchased. The Seller may deactivate a License that is misused, or for which the payment was reversed (chargeback). This does not limit your rights under the GPL to the code you already have.
3. Orders, prices and payment
Ordering. You place an order by adding a Product to the cart, filling in the checkout form and confirming the order with the payment button. Before confirming, you can check and correct all entered data. The contract is concluded when the payment is completed; you then receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The Seller archives the contract electronically; it is available in your customer account.
Prices. Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and are final. The Seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. There are no shipping or other fees. Bank or currency conversion fees charged by your own bank are not set by the Seller.
Payment. Payment is made online by card or other methods offered by Stripe. The Seller does not receive or store your full card details. A Product is delivered only after the payment is confirmed.
Invoice. You receive an invoice (tax document) by e-mail and in your customer account. If you buy for a business, enter your company name and company ID at checkout; invoices cannot be re-issued for a different buyer later.
Delivery. The Product is delivered electronically immediately after payment: the download link and license key are sent by e-mail and are available in your customer account. If you do not receive them within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact [email protected].
4. Withdrawal, refunds and defects
Right of withdrawal (Consumers). A Consumer may normally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has started with the Consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they lose the right of withdrawal (Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code). At checkout you give this consent by ticking the corresponding box; the Product is then delivered immediately and the right of withdrawal no longer applies. If you did not give this consent, you may withdraw within 14 days by e-mail to [email protected], and the Seller refunds the payment within 14 days by the same payment method and deactivates the License.
Business Buyers have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Refunds for products that do not work. If a Product does not work as described on its product page and the Seller cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time after you report it, you are entitled to a refund. Report the problem to [email protected] with a description and, ideally, screenshots, so the Seller can help.
Defects (Consumers). The Seller is responsible for the Product being free from defects under Sections 2389a and following of the Czech Civil Code: it must match the description, have the stated functions and receive the updates needed to keep it in conformity. Report defects without undue delay at [email protected]. You can ask for the defect to be removed; if this is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, you can ask for a reasonable price reduction or withdraw from the contract. The Seller decides on a claim within 30 days.
The Seller is not responsible for problems caused by a website that does not meet the stated requirements, by third-party themes, plugins or hosting, by changes you make to the code, or by not installing updates.
Liability (Business Buyers). Products are provided to Business Buyers as described on the product page. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller’s total liability to a Business Buyer is limited to the price paid for the Product concerned, and the Seller is not liable for lost profit, lost data or other indirect damage. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Keep regular backups of your website.
5. Disputes and final provisions
Complaints. Send any complaint to [email protected]. The Seller tries to resolve every complaint by agreement.
Out-of-court dispute resolution (Consumers). A Consumer may submit a dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Praha 1, adr.coi.cz). Consumers from other EU countries can also get help from the European Consumer Centre. Supervision of the Seller is carried out by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority and, for personal data, by the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Governing law. These terms and contracts concluded under them are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. For Consumers living in another EU country, this choice does not remove the protection given by the mandatory rules of their country. Disputes with Business Buyers are decided by the courts of the Czech Republic competent for the Seller’s registered office.
Personal data. How the Seller processes personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes. The Seller may change these terms. Orders are always governed by the version in force when the order was placed. The current version is published on this page.
